Week 10 update

A sort of ok week.

  • Swim: 1:40, but the second swim wasn’t too good because of a very sore lower back when I turned.
  • Bike: 0:52, pretty disappointing
  • Run: 3:18.  Much better.  The big issue is that I was getting ‘pins and needles’ in my feet on the longer runs.  This is probably a lack of fitness and practice, excess weight (nothing positive has changed there)

This week is not looking too good either.  I have to go to London three times and did nothing this morning.
